Article III – The principle of any sovereignty resides essentially in the Nation. No body, no individual can exert authority which does not emanate expressly from it.
It is not wisdom but Authority that makes a law.
Competence without authority is as powerless as authority without competence.
Anyone who conducts an argument by appealing to authority is not using his intelligence he is just using his memory.
